yeah, shut up... it's been a while...

but, if you are at all a normal part of my life, you would already know what's been going on in my life.

so AWANA camp and the missions trip to the dominican republic. between the two trips, i have a deep longing to go home. nj home. the hard part here is i'm not sure whether these feelings and desires are from God or from me. this is my dilemma. yeah, i've prayed about it, but admittedly not as much as i should.

i don't want to get in trouble again about writting about work on the internet. so i won't. again, if you are a nromal part of my life, you probably already know, and if you don't come and talk to me about it.

life is difficult. not that i didn't know that. but i guess i haven't experienced the difficuties life can bring in a while. i want to be where God wants me, and I want to be doing what He wants me to do. i don't want to let my own feelings and wants to get in the way of his plan for my life. that is simple enought right? i guess... it sounds good in a sermon, but it is most difficut to live out on a day to day basis. obviously more prayer is needed in this situation. i need to seeks God's grace to help me deal with difficult people, and most likely myself. i know i need to grow. i see that very clearly. and that's another thing... does God have me here to allow me to grow more? or is he signaling me to begin to step out... i wish i knew.

sigh.....

Josh is gone..........gone to Chicago. I hate it. It's only been 3 days and I'm going through Josh-withdrawal. I don't know how people do the long distance thing. It super sucks. I've been spoiled though. Before I went back to work, I got to see him all day, everyday for like, 4 months. He works at the house so I was blessed with his company. I liked it a lot.....definitely spoiled.

So, my baby is the best ever. He's so stinkin cute! He has the best smile, an addictive laugh and the cutest kicky feet. Now he's army crawling across the floor. It's amazing how much he's changed in these few short months. I love being a mom, but it's scary at the same time. I have to raise a kid! I have to make sure he turns out okay. No second chances, no redos, no starting over. If you mess up, you mess up. I'm just glad I have an amazing God in my life who can guide me. I just hope I let Him.

I hate my hair.....I'm growing it out. It's official.

Well, I guess that's it. My first xanga and it's not even mine. I hijacked it. Hehe. I like it

I love you honey. You're my favorite :)

i'm getting a macbook?

so it goes without saying that my experience this past year with my laptop has not been a great one. it has gone in and out and is presently out. i have looked at some, but never found anything i really have been satisfied with both performance and price wise.

i also have been flirting with the idea of going mac... yup, mac. the problem is, they are about 15% more expensive than pc's, so it never really seemed like a financial option, until last night. this past week, apple came out with a new laptop, called macbook. the one i was looking at had a 2 gig dual core processor, which is supposedly 5 times faster than the previous ibook. pretty good, and the price wasn't horrible at 1300. i looked around the web and actually found a deal on a brand new one... guess how much... 900!!! yup. so i went for it. i figure if i can sell my old one for parts, and use some or all of the money in my professional expense account, we can swing it.

plus, the new macs with intel chips (which is what i'm getting) can run windows in a dual boot mode. so all the games and other apps i have will run on this new machine. how great is that?

more to come when it arrives... did i mention free shipping? and no tax on the web!

nothing new...

i'm sure the title of this blog makes you want to read on... but seriously there has been nothing new going on since last time i posted. sarah is just sitting here watching the soup. it's a funny show.

we had a nice mom's day. i took sarah to see mi-3, which was alright. it wasn't horrible. but a little predictable.

ryan woods finally hearb back from the cool hand luke booking agent. it's still possible that we might land them. which would be totally cool (hand luke).

okay, enough writing about nothing.
